THE GAP IS WHERE
GREATNESS IS BUILT.
During the season, improvement happens naturally. Practices, games, and structure are already on the calendar. Where young athletes struggle is in the space between — the end of one season and the start of the next.
That is where progress stalls. Or where major growth can happen.
H Group Lacrosse is built to address that gap through consistent coaching, structured training, and intentional skill development. We help athletes stay sharp, keep improving, and return to their season more confident, more prepared, and ahead of where they left off.
Nobody wakes up great. Greatness is built in the space between seasons — through consistency, repetition, and purposeful work over time.

MULTI-SPORT
ATHLETES
WELCOME.
H Group Lacrosse is not here to replace or interfere with playing multiple sports. Competing in multiple arenas builds coordination, toughness, competitiveness, body control, and overall athleticism that transfers directly to lacrosse.
If you're a multi-sport athlete who wants to keep developing your lacrosse game in the off-season, this is your place.
COORDINATION
Cross-sport movement patterns translate directly to better lacrosse athleticism.
TOUGHNESS
Competing year-round in different arenas builds grit that can't be taught.
COMPETITIVENESS
Multi-sport athletes know how to compete. We sharpen that edge.

PLAY EVERY SPORT. WE'LL MAKE YOU BETTER AT THIS ONE.
VIEW SESSIONS— What to Expect
Every Session is Built
with Purpose.
Every session is built around intentional reps, skill development, and game transfer — not just running through drills. We focus on mastering the fundamentals and applying them in a way that shows up on game day.
- High reps. Minimal standing around.
- Coaching that reinforces the details, not just runs drills.
- Game-like scenarios that translate to real play.
- Built for players who actually want to improve.
If you show up consistently, you will get better. It is that simple.
— What We Train
Three Pillars.
One Standard.
Before anything else, the fundamentals have to be locked in. We build players from the ground up — footwork, stick work, and field reads that hold up when the game speeds up.
- Catching and throwing under pressure
- Dodging mechanics and off-ball movement
- Ground ball discipline and body positioning
- Shooting technique and finishing
Physical tools only go so far. We train players to read the field, understand spacing, and make the right decision before they even have the ball — so when they get it, they're already a step ahead.
- Reading defensive schemes and adjusting
- On-ball and off-ball awareness
- Fast-break recognition and execution
- Decision-making under game-speed pressure
The gap between a good player and a great one isn't always physical. We build competitors — athletes who fight for every rep, hold themselves accountable, and show up differently than everyone else.
- Competing at full effort, every rep
- Coachability and responding to correction
- Mental toughness in high-pressure moments
- Being a teammate — on the field and off it
